These banana walnut protein pancakes are perfect for a cozy Sunday morning treat…but wait it gets better. This savory, high-protein recipe can be made within 10 minutes with only 6 ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops of Giant Whey in Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup water, almond milk, or preferred cow’s milk
- 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
- 1/2 tsp. butter
Instructions
- Peel the banana, then with a fork mash it up in a small bowl or plate
- Using a whisk, stir together all the ingredients in a medium-size bowl
- Toss a non-stick pan onto the stove on medium-high heat
- Let the pan heat up then line the pan with butter
- Scoop about 1/3 of pancake batter using a measuring cup and pour into the pan
- Allow the package mix to cook for about 2 minutes, then flip
- Scoop the pancake off the pan with a spatula then place your pancake onto a plate
- Add preferred toppings on top of your pancakes (1/2 banana, crushed walnuts, low-sugar maple syrup, chocolate chips, etc.)
