Holiday Frozen Hot Chocolate

Base

Ingredients: 

  • 2 c of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 scoops of GSI Keto Coco 
  • 2 tbs cacao powder
  • Vanilla stevia - or sweetener of choice to taste
Instructions: 
  1. Warm the almond milk in the microwave 
  2. Once the almond milk is warmed, mix in rest of ingredients in a mason jar or large glass. 
  3. Place and store in refrigerator. ( we recommend pouring some into ice molds and freezing). 

Toppings  

Ingredients: 

  • 3/4 c of chocolate base (liquid and ice) 
  • 3/4 c unsweetened almond milk 
  • 2 tbs heavy whipping cream 
  • 1/2 c Ice 
Instructions:  
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
  2. Garnish with sugarer chocolate syrup & sugar free whipped cream.
