  • Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl
  • Use a rubber spatula to stir all the ingredients
  • Line a baking pan with wax paper
  • Use a mini scooper/spoon to scoop out the batter
  • Roll the batter into a ball shape with your hands
  • Place the balls onto the wax paper (make sure they arn’t too close)
  • Allow your peanut butter protein balls to cool for about an hour in the fridge
  • All Done! Remove the peanut butter protein balls from the pan and transfer them into a container or zip baggie (make sure to keep them refrigerated so they won’t melt)
