Jaylynne is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is a 200-hr Yoga Instructor through Marianne Wells Yoga School. She has also received an On-Ramp certification for Cross Fit. She is committed to a life of health and fitness and lives by the motto “never settle and you’ll always get better”. Her training style is like no other by bringing all 3 of her certifications into every session and aspect of her life. Jaylynne is committed to helping and healing you from the inside out.
