Broccoli Cheese Soup (made with bone broth)

Broccoli Cheese Soup 

Broccoli Cheese Soup 2-3 servings
  • 1-2 tbs Ghee (or butter)
  • 2 tbs chopped onion
  • 1-2 tsp chopped garlic (to taste)
  • Pink Salt & pepper
  • 2 c warm water
  • 1 scoop Giant Bone Broth & Greens
  • 1 c chopped broccoli
  • 2 heaping tbs processed American Cheese
  • 1/2-3/4 c shredded cheddar
  • Splash of Heavy Cream
*Optional seasoning: 1 bay leaf, 1/4 tsp ground mustard & dash of Cayenne pepper
Sweat onion & garlic in ghee or butter in small pot over medium heat. Add Giant Bone Broth, water & chopped broccoli. (Add optional seasonings at this point) Simmer over low heat 10-15 min. Add cheeses & cream. *Do not allow to boil- sauce will break!
