Broccoli Cheese Soup
Broccoli Cheese Soup 2-3 servings
- 1-2 tbs Ghee (or butter)
- 2 tbs chopped onion
- 1-2 tsp chopped garlic (to taste)
- Pink Salt & pepper
- 2 c warm water
- 1 scoop Giant Bone Broth & Greens
- 1 c chopped broccoli
- 2 heaping tbs processed American Cheese
- 1/2-3/4 c shredded cheddar
- Splash of Heavy Cream

*Optional seasoning: 1 bay leaf, 1/4 tsp ground mustard & dash of Cayenne pepper
Sweat onion & garlic in ghee or butter in small pot over medium heat. Add Giant Bone Broth, water & chopped broccoli. (Add optional seasonings at this point) Simmer over low heat 10-15 min. Add cheeses & cream. *Do not allow to boil- sauce will break!
