Enough for 1 cup of coffee
1 espresso shot (or ¼ cup of really strong coffee
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp keto maple syrup (or any keto sweetener of your choice)
1 scoop of collagen
½ tsp vanilla extract
In a milk frother add milk and steam until nice and frothy.
In your mug add the coffee, steamed almond milk collagen, sweetener, and vanilla and mix well until combined.
If you don’t have a frother and want some foam in your coffee you can blend everything at a high speed in a blender
