  • 1/3cup GSI Performance Whey Chocolate protein powder
  • 2tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/3cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2cup stevia or monkfruit
  • 1tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips (optional)

Get your oven heated up to 350 F and get ready for a sweet treat! Grease an 8-inch pan or line it with parchment paper, then mix all the ingredients together until they're thoroughly combined. Spread evenly into the pan using another sheet of parchment if needed before sticking in the oven - bake away for 20 minutes and let cool. Best part? These delicious treats will firm even more overnight when covered loosely and refrigerated!
