Banana Shake

- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons of sugar free vanilla syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Ice cubes (optional)
Strawberry Shake
- 2 scoops of Giant Sports Keto Cheesecake Mix
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, chopped into small pieces
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 6 ounces of ice cubes, crushed
Chocolate Shake

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop of cocoa powder or 1 tbsp of raw cacao powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted and cooled slightly
