Keto Friendly Pizza Crust

Here is a recipe for keto pizza dough that you can use to make a low-carb pizza:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and use your hands to press it into a round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake the dough for 8-10 minutes, or until it is golden brown and firm to the touch.
  5. Remove the dough from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, add your desired toppings (such as tomato sauce, cheese, and vegetables) and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the toppings are hot and the cheese is melted.
  6. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Note: This recipe makes a small, individual-sized pizza. You can double or triple the recipe as needed to make a larger pizza. You may also need to adjust the baking time accordingly.
