  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream 
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper


  1.  Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the chopped artichoke hearts, thawed spinach, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix everything thoroughly, making sure all of the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Spoon the spinach artichoke dip into a medium-sized baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Bake the dip for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  6. Serve the spinach artichoke dip immediately with your choice of dippers such as tortilla chips, pita chips, or bread slices.
