Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh salmon fillet (boneless and skinless)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before using to prevent them from burning during cooking.
- Cut the fresh salmon fillet into 1 inch cubes and set aside.
