This refreshing raspberry cheesecake shake is simply sweet. With only 4 ingredients, you can whip up this shake within 5 minutes! 


  • 1 scoop of GSI Keto Cheesecake
  • About 6-10 raspberries
  • 8 fl oz of unsweetened almond milk
  • A handful of icecubes
*Add chia seed or flax meal for an added boost of nutrition!


  1. Toss all the ingredients into a blender and blend
  2. Garnish your shake with a few raspberries, mint, and straw (optional)
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
