Traditional Butter Coffee ☕

Butter Coffee is a staple for any ketogenic diet. If you need your morning pick-me-up and want to start off with the right, healthy fats, then this is the recipe for you.

 Directions 

  1. Add in 1-2 tablespoons of coconut/mct oil to the hot coffee (If you are not used to consuming coconut oil, start with .5 to 1 teaspoon and as your body adapts, gradually increase this amount).
  2. Add 1-2 tablespoons butter or ghee.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a blender for 30-45 seconds until the liquid is frothy like a foamy latte.
