Enough for 1 cup of coffee
- 1 espresso shot (or ¼ cup of really strong coffee
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp keto maple syrup (or any keto sweetener of your choice)
- 1 scoop of collagen
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- In a milk frother add milk and steam until nice and frothy.
- In your mug add the coffee, steamed almond milk collagen, sweetener, and vanilla and mix well until combined.
If you don’t have a frother and want some foam in your coffee you can blend everything at a high speed in a blender
