  • 1 Scoop of Giant Sports Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk, whole milk, or any milk of choice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 Tbsp. of baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. of coconut flour
  • 1 – 1 1/2 Tbsp. of baking powder
  • 1 -2 Tbsp. of cocoa powder (can be organic)

Microwave Instructions

  • Spray a small bowl or mug with non-stick cooking spray
  • In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together the protein powder, baking powder, cocoa powder and coconut flour ( 1-2 Tbsp. granulated sweetener is optional)
  • In another medium sized bowl, use a whisker to whisk the milk and egg
  • Combine both bowls and mix throughly
  • Mix in some chocolate chips
  • Pour into a small bowl or mug (optional: sprinkle chocolate chips on top)
  • Microwave for about 60 seconds and enjoy your warm brownie!
