This heavenly, rich tasting savory chocolate protein bowl can be made within just one minute! It’s the perfect snack to cozy up with while you binge watch your favorite Netflix series.
1/4 cup of almond milk, whole milk, or any milk of choice
1 egg
1/2 Tbsp. of baking powder
1 Tbsp. of coconut flour
1 – 1 1/2 Tbsp. of baking powder
1 -2 Tbsp. of cocoa powder (can be organic)
Microwave Instructions
Spray a small bowl or mug with non-stick cooking spray
In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together the protein powder, baking powder, cocoa powder and coconut flour ( 1-2 Tbsp. granulated sweetener is optional)
In another medium sized bowl, use a whisker to whisk the milk and egg
Combine both bowls and mix throughly
Mix in some chocolate chips
Pour into a small bowl or mug (optional: sprinkle chocolate chips on top)
Microwave for about 60 seconds and enjoy your warm brownie!
