    I train better and recover very well

    It really doesn't taste good or bad. I mix it in half a glass of water after training and I have felt that I recover better. According to studies, it is better to take it post-workout, never on an empty stomach or mix it with caffeine. It is best to go to a nutritionist and have them recommend the amount you need according to your age and physical activity.

    I like it, it's all I need to recover between workouts. I almost finished my first bottle and I can say that I feel the effect of keeping the muscles full of water, it takes time. I take it every day and I feel better recovery between sessions but it also requires improving the quality of sleep for 7 to 8 hours. How they say it's not magic but if you're constant you'll see the results.
