Protein Tropical Popsicles🍍

100% WHEY TROPICAL POPSICLES

Ingredients 

  • 2 scoops of GSI Whey in vanilla 
  • (Coconut Mango Passionfruit)
  • 2 1/2 cups vanilla Oikos Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup plain almond milk
  • 3/4 cup granola
  • Kiwi, Strawberry or Pineapple slices (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Throughly mix together the protein, Greek yogurt, and almond milk 
  2. In 8 cups, line outsides with tropical fruit 
  3. Pour 1/3 Whey yogurt blend into each.
  4. Top each with granola. Pour another third of Whey yogurt blend into cups. Layer with more granola.
  5. Top with remaining Whey yogurt blend.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks into the center and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
  7. Place in freezer for 2 hours and enjoy!
