Vanilla-Cola Fluff (made with collagen peptides)

Ingredients

Ice: 6-10 cubes
Sugar free cola of your choice
1 scoop of GSI Collagen Peptides
1/2 tsp xanthum gum

Instructions

Using a blender or food processor to finely chop ice.
Add remaining ingredients and blend for 3/5 min. Mixture should double in size and frothy and light.
