Low-carb, keto friendly shake that tastes exactly like a piece strawberry cheesecake? Count me in! This strawberry keto cheesecake shake will satisfy your sweet tooth cravings without knocking you out of ketosis.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop ofĀ GSI Keto CheesecakeĀ
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp. of heavy cream
- 1/2-1 cup of strawberries
- 1 tbsp. of stevial (optional or adjust sweetness)
- 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract
- 4-6 ice cubes
Instructions
Option 1: Blender
- In a blender, combine all ingredients, process for about 30-60. If you prefer a sweeter shake add a dash more of steviaĀ and or strawberries.
