Strawberry Keto Cheesecake Shake šŸ“

Low-carb, keto friendly shake that tastes exactly like a piece strawberry cheesecake? Count me in! This strawberry keto cheesecake shake will satisfy your sweet tooth cravings without knocking you out of ketosis.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop ofĀ GSI Keto CheesecakeĀ 
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. of heavy cream
  • 1/2-1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. of erythritol (optional or adjust sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Instructions

Option 1: Blender

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients, process for about 30-60. If you prefer a sweeter shake add a dash more of erythritol and or strawberries.
  2. Pour shake into a large glass and enjoy your keto friendly strawberry cheesecake shake!

Option 2: Immersion Blender

  1. Using an immersion blender, combine all ingredient into a shaker cup, blend for 30-60 seconds and enjoy!
